Helping Busy Adults Get Strong and Healthy

ABOUT ME

Do you want to be jacked? Do you to be unreasonably strong for the fun of it? Want to be both? Of course you do, who doesn't?  My name is Max, my mom calls me handsome so you can call me that too if you would like. I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) and strength coach, so I know a thing or two about helping people manage chronic disease, get strong, jacked, and perform their best.

 

Over the past 2 years, I have worked with busy adults to lose weight and get stronger without sacrificing their free time. I also work with athletes focusing on nutrition optimization to improve athletic performance in sports including football, rowing, spartan racing, endurance running, and powerlifting.

My goal is to give as many people as I possibly can all of the tools they need to achieve their first fitness goals for free. Then when the first goals are checked off the list I would love the opportunity to help set and achieve the next goals in my 1-on-1 online coaching program.
